Mudik Trainers collaboratively engage with enterprises to identify your experienced employees' specific up-skilling and re-skilling needs. Based on these identified skilling needs, a customized curriculum will be designed and delivered to the learners. Finally, their learning achievement will be assessed and reported to the enterprise.

We partner with enterprises to identify and select a cohort of learners who could be hired by the enterprise when qualified. The enterprise team selects the cohort participants, typically new graduates, based on their educational achievements and cultural fit. Subsequently, Mudik Trainers deliver a jointly designed curriculum to the cohort. At the end of the program, the enterprise can assess the Mudik Trainers-certified candidates for their specific technical skills and make the final offers to the qualified candidates.
